ENC Weather Pro

Forecasts from ENCWeather.com are now available through an Android app and have been combined with WxModelPro (a previously released app).The ENC Weather app has local forecast and weather alerts from Eastern North Carolina that can be found at ENCWeather.com. But the app goes beyond weather for ENC; it includes several features used at a national level.

Forecast models are extremely important for meteorologist as they provide guidance that helps shape their forecast. When you are away from a computer, keeping up with these models become extremely difficult.
This app was designed to assist with easy access to these models. The forecast models available are the same models that are available on NCEPs website. This app accesses those models and is able to deliver a mobile-friendly device version that is easy to control.
The forecast models in this app Include:-GFS-GFS Tropical Atlantic-GFS Eastern Pacific-GFS Northern Pacific-GFS Southern Pacific-GFS South America-GFS Europe-GFS Africa-GFS Asia-NAM-NAM-NMM-NAM-ARW-HRRR-HWRF (Full & Nested)-SPC Mesoanalysis-Spaghetti models for Tropical Storms and Invests-MOS-And many more models to come!

ENC Weather goes beyond just forecast models. In addition, you will get:

With the one-time purchase of the app, you get full access to all the features available as well as free updates. After purchase, when new models and other features are added to the app you should see them right away without having to download an update.
This app is continually expanding and there are numerous additions currently being built to expand on the current suite of models.
*These models are provided by NCEP and are available free on the internet (but most sources are not mobile friendly).
You will also receive notifications when a new update is available or if there is a major problem that I am addressing if they occur.
Note: Since I do not create or maintain the source of these models (controlled by NCEP) I cannot guarantee 100% up-time for these models. If there is a problem, I will look to research the problem to determine if the problem is from the app or from the source. If it is something that can be fixed, I will work hard to fix the issue.
